DMCA Takedown Requests
VestaVids respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request. Your notice must include the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or specific location of the infringing content on VestaVids.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Reporting Illegal Content
VestaVids has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content. If you encounter content that you believe is illegal, you can report it in the following ways:
- In-platform reporting: Use the report button available on all content and user profiles to flag illegal content directly. Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly.
- Email: Send a detailed report to legal@vestacreate.com including the URL of the content and a description of the issue.
We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including content removal and account suspension where necessary. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
Third-Party Embeds
Videos labeled “From the Web” are embedded from the source website shown on the page. VestaVids does not host or sell those videos. A request to remove an embed from VestaVids can be sent to legal@vestacreate.com; removal from the original source must also be requested from that source website.
18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement
All creators on VestaVids confirm they are at least 18 years of age. VestaVids requires age verification from all creators before they can upload content.
