Safety, reporting, and content removal
VestaVids contains two clearly labeled kinds of content: creator originals hosted for sale on VestaVids, and third-party videos embedded from their source websites.
Report a VestaVids page
Signed-in users can use the Report action on a video or profile. Reports enter the administrative review queue. Include the specific concern and any information that helps identify the affected person or rights holder.
Urgent safety concerns
For suspected child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking, credible threats, or another immediate safety concern, email legal@vestacreate.com. Include the VestaVids URL and the reason for the report. Do not attach or redistribute illegal material.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency authority.
Copyright and performer requests
Rights holders and depicted performers may request removal by emailing dmca@vestacreate.com. Provide the exact VestaVids URL, the original work or identity at issue, your contact information, and the basis for the request.
Removing a third-party embed from VestaVids does not remove the underlying video from its source website. For complete removal, contact the source site as well.
Content we prohibit
- Any sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor.
- Non-consensual content, hidden-camera material, or sexual exploitation.
- Content that facilitates trafficking, abuse, credible threats, or illegal activity.
- Content submitted without the necessary ownership, performer consent, or distribution rights.
- Deceptive, malicious, or repeated spam submissions.
